Base Operations Support Services

SKE provides a total package of services to its U.S. Government customers via Base Operations Support. Services provided range in scope and complexity, geographical location and are executed within varying contract format and delivery methods. SKE provides Base Operations Support services that include the entire spectrum of activities relating to operating and maintaining the facilities within entire U.S. Government installations. Services provided include all management services for base logistics, communications, transportation, housing, recreation and family support, and Real Property operations, maintenance, repair, and construction services.

•Facilities Maintenance

We offer the full spectrum of facility maintenance solutions for the U.S. Government customer, including maintenance programs for single buildings or facilities, including Family Housing, as well as entire bases or dispersed locales with several hundred buildings and/or facilities. Our facility maintenance portfolio includes requirements for Preventive Maintenance, as well as repair and maintenance of building systems, utility and mechanical systems, infrastructure systems above and below ground, roads and pavements, and specialty equipment.

•Housing Services

SKE provides specialized housing services that meet the specific needs of military clientele requirements for housing on the economy, such as Housing Referral and Relocation Services.

•Computerized Maintenance Management Systems

We manage single function to multifunctional contracts through professional management, state-of-the-art Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and a dedicated workforce of supervisors, tradesmen and office staff.
