These pictures are of the project in Vavarin, Serbia to construct a "Community Center for Children with Special Needs".  The new facility will provide children from the community around 450m2 of space for eductational, playing, sleeping and crafts activity.  The center is a Design-Build project being managed by SKE Bulgaria EOOD from the Sofia office.  The funding is a donation from the US Government as a Humanitarian Project.
