Elementary School Renovation, Kucove, Albania |
| This project consisted in the complete renovation of an existing four-story building to be continuous use as an Elementary School. The project consists of delivery of a fully functional, turnkey school facility.
Main works executed:
•Demolition of walls, roof, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems; •External repairs: roof repair, cleaning, painting of the exterior walls, replacement of exterior doors and installing double glazed windows, security fences and installing an exterior steel staircase to both wings of the building used for emergency situations; •Interior renovation works: full plaster and paint interior walls and ceilings, supply and installation of interior doors, floors, installing ceramic tile, railings, stairs, and bathrooms renovations; •Mechanical: design and complete replacement of the sanitary system; •Electrical works: design and installation of power supply system, alarm system in case of fire and communication systems. |
