These photos are of a MOUT Site (Mobile Urban Training) for the US Army at the Albanian Military Base Zell Herr located outside of the captial Tirana.  This project is to create a "pretend" town with a more then 40 structures representing simple houses, warehouses, two and three story facilities (school, town hall, hostpital) where the US, Albanian and/or NATO forces can conduct joint Urban Training.  The project also includes "Dry Sewer Network" which will support soliders to utilize the underground pipes and manholes to manuver throught the "Town".   Gravel roads and site water drainage is also being constructed to ensure the traing site is not flooded during the rainy season.  The project is being managed by the Bucharest Office with support from a local consultant and RMS (QC Reporting) from our Bulgarian staff.
