Following a survey conducted by American Military specialists, there were found significant structural of buildings within the Mihail Kogalniceanu Airbase.

A more detailed analysis highlighted the need to perform repairs and reinforcements of these buildings.

The project consisted in the complete renovation, including consolidation of five buildings from Mihail Kogalniceanu Airbase.
