This project value was 29.215.824,00 EURO and it was financed up to 75% by the European Union under the ISPA 2003 program in accordance with the Financing Memorandum no. 2003/RO/16/P/PE/025 concluded between the Government of Romania and the European Commission, and with co-financing through a loan from the European Investment Bank (EIB) at 25%.

The Beneficiary of the grant and the loan was Regia Autonomă Judeţeană de Apă “Aquabis” Bistriţa-Năsăud. The contract between Beneficiary and the Contractors was FIDIC type and it was supervised by EPTISA International.

By signing a back-to-back contract  with Hidroconstrucţia S.A., SKE Group Romania SRL participated in  the project performing civil, mechanical and electrical work, as part of the project.

•3 Booster Pumping Station in  Valea Budacului, Sigmir District and Prundu Bârgăului District;
•4 Waste Water Pumping Station a Retention Reservoir and a Power Unit Building in Viişoara District, Sigmir  District, Ghinda District, and Prundu Bârgăului District;
•2 Reservoir of 1000m³ to rehabilitate in Livezile District and Prundu Bârgăului Distirct;
•4 Reservoirs of 500m³ and one of 300m³ in Sigmir District,
