This project was to construct a General Purpose Building at the Babadag Training Area in Romania for the JTF-E.  SKE built the original LSA (Logistical Support Area) in 2007.  This project includes the prefabricated metal structure with electrical, HVAC and Fire Alarm systems for a 800m2 facility. It also included construction of a Ammunition Holding Area and a Weapons Holding Area, gravel roads, securtiy fencing, lightning protection and exterior lighting.  This project is managed by our JOC office located at the MK Airbase near Constanta.
