This on-going 10-year Fixed-Price Award Term Base Maintenance Contract for the Directorate of Public Works, U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) located in Stuttgart, Germany. Services in this contract are for ten separate geographically dispersed installations in the greater Stuttgart area. The contract provides for the management, maintenance, repair, alteration and minor construction for US Army-operated facilities at the United States European Command Headquarters at Patch Barracks and the United States Africa Command Headquarters at Kelley Barracks. Also included are the total maintenance, repair and minor construction of Government-owned Army Family Housing (AFH), Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH) and Army non-housing (OMA) facilities, as well as utility and grounds maintenance at four other installations: Panzer Kaserne, Robinson Barracks, Stuttgart Army Airfield and Richard Wagner Straße (the residence of the EUCOM Deputy Commander in Chief). The project provides support for 1,781 Housing units.
