DoDDS Facility Maintenance Contract (FMC), Italy

This is a Firm Fixed Price IDIQ contract for Facility Management and the execution of preventative maintenance, grounds maintenance, service calls, minor repairs and minor construction for Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DoDDS) in Aviano, Vicenza, and Livorno, Italy. Trades included in this contract are carpentry, masonry, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, fire protection, metal work, roofing, roads and grounds maintenance. Contract requires all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to maintain the facilities and procures government reimbursable materials. The contract is supported by a comprehensive preventive maintenance plan for all of the facilities included in this contract and provides service call response to each school site based on customer determined priority levels.
