Construction Services
SKE International offers a broad spectrum of construction services where the principal focus is on modernization and renovation of a wide range of existing facilities. Services include repair, renovation and minor construction support. Today, more than half of SKE’s service to the U.S. Government falls within the scope of new construction, construction management and construction related services. Renovation & Repair SKE performs U.S. Government building renovation and repair services via numerous contracting mechanisms, including single or multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) task orders, or Firm-Fixed Price or Time and Materials format contracts. Renovation and repair services include general construction, renovations of multi-story buildings or barracks, repair and replacement of all major building systems such as electrical, mechanical, civil works, maintenance and repair of facilities, exterior landscaping, roads and pavements, and environmental work. Design-Build SKE has extensive experience with the Design-Build method of construction services delivery. Combining the design, permit, and construction processes, Design-Build brings together our design and construction professionals in a collaborative environment to complete these tasks for our customers at the same time. Force Protection and Security Upgrades SKE is an industry leader in construction services related to the enhancement and/or upgrade of various U.S. Government security, access control points and other Force Protection relevant facilities worldwide. Construction efforts include the installation of force protection measures, fencing, gates, lighting systems, security monitoring systems, windows and window treatments, physical barriers, blast protection measures and guard shelters. |
